Delivery and returns
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 weeks of payment receipt. As all items are made to order, you may request faster processing by email or phone. Shipments are made via Colissimo (tracked and requiring a signature upon delivery) or Mondial Relay, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs include postage and handling. Transport fees vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order.
We ship worldwide; please note that you may be required to pay additional customs duties depending on the destination country.
Returns and exchanges are free, but please be sure to check your size in centimeters when placing your order to avoid the need for returns.

The customer must pay the full amount at the time of ordering, exclusively in Euros, using one of the following methods:
-by check made payable to Jean-Guy Béal: receipt of the check will be confirmed via an email from contact@humanacta.com.
-in cash, handed directly to Mr. Jean-Guy Béal.
-by bank transfer (IBAN provided upon request).
-by credit/debit card via the online shop (transaction processed by PayPal; currency conversion fees may be charged by PayPal depending on your original currency).
-via PayPal account transfer (using the email address contact@humanacta.com).
