The HumanActa collections

Scottalian Mektoub

The first collection from the HumanActa brand (Autumn/Winter 25/26/27...):

Bridging the Scandinavian and Mediterranean regions.

Bringing together, on either side, ancestral wardrobes—surely delighted to meet without obliterating one another.

In the North: the Scottish kilt.

In the South: the djellaba and the sarouel.

Between these two worlds—and straddling the past and the present—lies Italian craftsmanship, ranging from the Vatican to the Neapolitan tailor.

So here's kilts, harem pants, dresses, tunics, djellabas, and pleated trousers, all featuring fine tailoring details.

Crafted with fine-gauge wool flannel showcasing the very best of Italian craftsmanship!

Hiatus, Heritage

The design duo behind the brand Hiatus created not just one, but sixteen collections between 2008 and 2020.

Here is a look at the brand's most iconic designs featuring the men's skirt.

Straight and Flow

Coming Soon !

            Less sewing      more fluidity
Less scrap of fabric       more wild world
               Less work       more holi time

Reconnecting with the archaic economic principles of the original wardrobe.
Waste neither raw materials nor working time.
Examples can still be found in the traditional clothing of some countries.
Thus the poncho, the sarouel, the kimono, the loincloth, the sari use the entire width of the weave produced.
On principle of economy but also, and it is from these points of view that we will approach it, by awareness of the ecology of material and human resources, and by reverential respect for nature (mineral, vegetable, animal and human) as being our source, our foundation, our support and our habitat on which our quality of life depends.
